Innovative Construction Company was founded in the year 1992 by Mr Mohd Rais Khan. Starting off as contracting firm, the group began development of real estate projects in 2004. Since then, the group is a rapidly developing construction firm engaged in developing luxurious and affordable residential & commercial projects in Navi Mumbai. We are a group of qualified engineers who execute projects with the help of finest architects, designers & contractors due to which the end result is always magnificent. We have an expansive clientele base comprising of a network of investors and financers. Offering years of experience & expertise, we aim to provide our customer the best quality construction in each of our projects.

As the name suggest, we thrive in bringing innovation in each of our project by new ideas and experience. Under the guidance of our current chairman & managing director Mr Mohd Rais Khan, the group has met the real estate demands of Navi Mumbai by delivering affordable houses to many families.
